From July 18 to 21, 2024, KD MES & JJ MES successfully held their first half-year business meeting and global seminar in Phuket, Thailand. This grand event brought together colleagues from 15 offices worldwide, including locations in China, the United States, Russia, Vietnam, Dubai, Poland, India, and Kazakhstan.
On the 17th and 18th, colleagues from around the world gradually arrived at the hotel in Phuket. During this period, the company specially arranged different activities based on the varied arrival times of each office, allowing everyone to experience Thai cuisine and local culture before the meeting.
On the morning of the 19th, the 2024 first half-year business meeting and global seminar officially commenced. Sales representatives and management departments from 15 offices were divided into groups according to their regions. They conducted group discussions on the performance and achievements of the first half of the year, offering suggestions and strategies, with the hope that the company's performance will reach new heights in the second half of the year.
In the afternoon of the 19th, employees had free time while the leadership held their meetings. The company arranged yoga classes and traditional Thai clothing fittings for the employees. The hotel's private beach and swimming pool also provided enjoyable and memorable experiences for everyone.
At 4 PM on the afternoon of the 19th, the team-building activities officially began. Through various games, everyone enhanced their team harmony and spirit of cooperation. The company prepared gifts for each team, and everyone went home with plentiful rewards.
On the evening of the 19th, we welcomed the banquet amidst the night scenery of Phuket! To foster better understanding, each office meticulously prepared introduction videos and PPT presentations.
Three offices: Shanghai, Almaty, and Thailand also brought wonderful song and dance performances to everyone. Finally, everyone danced together and spent an unforgettable night.
Due to its business model, our employees are located in different countries around the world. This meeting has enhanced mutual understanding and friendship.
On the 20th, our sister company Badaro Yacht specially arranged a yacht trip for us, embarking on a unique sea journey. The team is divided into two teams: BlueWings, which can accommodate 15 people, has 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and is equipped with air conditioning indoors.
Enjoy the tranquility and harmonious beauty of fishing on a yacht, and experience a peaceful ocean journey with the swaying sea breeze. The BlueAqua is dancing joyfully to DJ music. A large yacht carrying a team of 50 people headed to the beach, where everyone went snorkeling and swimming, fully enjoying the charm of the ocean. At night, with beautiful fireworks, end this wonderful day.
On the 21st, we went to the elephant campsite to witness and experience the intimate contact with elephants, and even rode a mountain off-road vehicle to feel the speed and passion. In the evening, everyone took flights back to their home country one after another.
